I'm taking the Microsoft course for upgrading skills from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 this week. It's a three day course with about five days worth of content jammed into it.

So far it has been very good. Lots of major changes in Exchange 2007, particularly around the platform and message routing. Nonetheless, some very fun stuff too.

Great post! I am just starting out in community management/marketing media and trying to learn how to do it well - resources like this article are incredibly helpful. As our company is based in the US, it?s all a bit new to us. The example above is something that I worry about as well, how to show your own genuine enthusiasm and share the fact that your product is useful in that case.

The beauty of these blogging engines and CMS platforms is the lack of limitations and ease of manipulation that allows developers to implement rich content and 'skin' the site in such a way that with very little effort one would never notice what it is making the site tick all without limiting content and effectiveness.

I must say, as much as I enjoyed reading what you had to say, I couldnt help but lose interest after a while. Its as if you had a great grasp on the subject matter, but you forgot to include your readers. Perhaps you should think about this from more than one angle. Or maybe you shouldnt generalise so much. Its better if you think about what others may have to say instead of just going for a gut reaction to the subject. Think about adjusting your own thought process and giving others who may read this the benefit of the doubt.
